If you Compared Dwarka to other colonies such as Rohini, Kundli etc. Dwarka’s flats are more expensive. An average flat in Rohini costs Rs 50 lakh while that in Dwarka costs Rs 65 to 75 lakh. According to the property consultants in dwarka “Three-four years ago, people who had invested in Dwarka would sell off a 2BHK to get a 3BHK in older colonies of West Delhi such as Janakpuri and Vikaspuri. However, very soon the trend has reversed. To buy even a 2BHK in Dwarka, people are selling off their 3BHK in these neighbouring colonies, as they aspire to stay in an area with better ambience and social infrastructure.”
