A 40-year-old maid died in southwest Delhi - Dwarka City after falling from the sixth floor of a building where she was working, police said. The incident was reported from Sukh Sagar Apartments in Dwarka Sector 9, a police officer said. The victim — Mariam Tirkey — was from Chattisgarh. ‘‘She was standing on a cylinder and trying to pick up the clothes that had been hung out to dry. She lost balance and fell,’’ the officer added.
